Berlin Schöneberg - central & quiet - three flats & guest apartments in one house
We let two 1-bedroom apartments on the first floor (35 m2) and one flat with two bedrooms (55 m2) on the second floor in the back part of a small housing area. Our house is secure and very quiet. We welcome families and children.
You will stay in the heart of Schöneberg, Belziger Strasse, where there are lots of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. It's a quarter with a very cosy atmosphere, clean and secure. Many shops, big and small, are within walking distance. On Wednesday and Saturday you can visit the popular Winterfeld market. A newly restored beautiful old indoor swimming pool with sauna and health club is located just around the corner. Underground, bus stops and taxi rank are all nearby. You can get to Kurfürstendamm just as quickly as to Potsdamer Platz.
Within easy reach you'll find everything
cafés and restaurants, several bakeries, a butcher, fruit sellers, a whole food shop, a delicatessen shop, and supermarkets (german or turkish).
There are also two popular markets nearby: the best known is on the Winterfeldplatz (Wednesday and Saturday), another one is at John-F.-Kennedy Platz in front of the town hall (Tuesday and Friday).
There are many small shops in the neighbourhood: bookshop, newspaper shop, flower shop, gift shop, music store, shop with leather goods, ticket shop (public transport). Hairdressers, dry cleaners, laundrette (laundromat), sewing shop/taylor.
Parks: Heinrich-Lassen-Park, Kleist-Park and Volkspark
An indoor swimming pool with sauna and health club is just around the corner.
There are several banks and a post office, doctors and pharmacies within walking distance.
